After launch, someone still answers.
Hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly block of changes. So the site stays current and nobody on your team has to learn how it works.
You find out from the report, not from a customer.
What the plan covers.
A site that never changes goes stale, and the one thing worse than an outdated page is an outdated page nobody can edit. Care plans exist so updates take a sentence in an email instead of an afternoon.
Send the change: a new service page, updated rates, a seasonal banner, a staff change. And it ships within two business days.
There is no contract past the current month. If you stop, the site and everything around it stays yours.

How it works month to month.
Send it
Email the change in a sentence: no ticket system to learn.
We ship it
Live within two business days, usually the same day for small edits.
We watch it
Backups, monitoring and patches run in the background.
You get a read
Once a quarter, a short report on what the site actually did.
Answered before you ask.
Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are month to month and you can stop any time. The site, hosting and domain stay in your name either way.
What counts as a change?
Content and layout edits to existing pages, new pages built from your existing design, image and rate updates, and seasonal banners. A whole new section or a custom tool is quoted separately.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Sometimes. We review the site first. If it is built on something we can maintain safely, we will take it on.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, not you. Most issues are resolved before anyone calls, and backups mean the site can be restored quickly.
